FastBid24 (“we”) operates fastbid24.com. This policy describes what we collect on this website and how we use it.

What we collect

Information you submit through our forms (name, email, company, trade, and your message), and standard analytics about site usage (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) collected via Vercel Analytics without cross-site tracking cookies.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, deliver the services you request, and let you know when products you joined a waitlist for become available. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their marketing.

Project documents

Bid packages and project documents shared with us for processing are handled under the commitments on our Security page and any NDA in place: encrypted, access-restricted, never used to train public AI models, and deleted on request.

Storage

Form submissions are stored in our infrastructure (Supabase, hosted on AWS in the United States). Retention: until you ask us to delete them.
