The package, as-is
Drawing sets, specifications, schedules, addenda — PDFs exactly as the GC issued them. Scanned pages and image-based schedules included. No templates, no pre-formatting.

Documents become data
Multimodal AI reads the drawings and specs — not just the text layer. Door schedules, hardware sets, fixture schedules: every row becomes a structured record with its source sheet attached, so every number is traceable back to the page it came from.

Everything gets connected
Openings map to hardware sets. Schedule entries map to plan locations. Spec sections map to schedule items. This is where trade knowledge lives — the rules of how a Division 8 package actually fits together.

Documents get cross-examined
Drawings vs. schedule. Schedule vs. spec. Where they disagree — a door with no hardware set, a set that references items the spec never defines — the conflict is flagged and drafted as an RFI-ready question. Uncertainty is surfaced, never papered over.

Estimators sign off
Before anything reaches you, our estimating QC team reviews the quantities, the mapping, and every flag. AI can misread a smudged scan; the QC layer exists so that a hallucinated quantity never reaches your bid. This step is not optional and never skipped.

Why the human layer is the point
Pure-AI takeoff tools ask you to trust a model with your margin. We don't. The AI makes our estimators roughly ten times faster; the estimators make the AI trustworthy.
